Sunday Morning

Hi All,

Myself and another guy took a spin last sunday morning over to Stradbally woods
and entered woods through a path at side of the wood at the bottom of the slip road at the top of the Windy Gap that cuts down to the left when you go over crest of hill in Carlow direction, took a spin around some of the paths and ended up around at the carpark.

We were just heading back out on to the road and met one of your guys called Padraig
who was more than willing to show us around to where the proper trail route was,
but we were pressed for time so didnt get a chance.

I'm planning to head back up this sunday morning again, Dec other guy is working,
so will spin over on my own from Athy - hoping to meet up with someone there that knows there way around the trail. - just want to get to know the route first

Is there normally anyone up there around the 10 - 10.30 am time - or if there was no one around is it easy to find - or where exactly does trail it start in relation to carpark ?
