He's in pain and he got a few stitches on his lip.He said he can't wait to get back to 3rock for the new trails.

He went over a jump that had a blind bank on the other side and he clipped the side of the bank on landing and came of the bike badly took a bang to the head and was out for a few seconds.

feeling like a bit of a pin cushion but on the mend, there's only so much food that can be taken through a straw!!! wally's ambulance service was first class, thanks again. now looking for a stealthy return of my bike as my wife wants to sell it. see you tonight!!
