Ainne from Sports Partnership was on to me asking for anyone who would be interested in helping out on Sun 2nd Oct in Emo Court

So if you are not going to the last race of our Summer league in Cullanagh ( and you should)
why not go to Emo and help out there

we need all hands in cullenagh its our last race also there is a trails day after the race so it will bring up our profile with those who share cullenagh and are not awear of unlaoised mtb
