Trails near athy

Trails near athy

hi , i have heard these is a trail in stradbally for mtb , can anyone tell me where this is , i live outside athy , bit of a track to ballinastoe or 3rock etc.
also i heard timahoe has a trail , wouldnt be a million miles from athy either , could someone give directions to this one too. or pin point them on google maps for me .
appreciate any help

There is a trail in the cullenagh mountains which is only 20 min drive from athy

Am also form Athy and head over to Stradbally often

Stradbally is fine but if you want something a bit more challenging + a trail you can develop skills then the Timahoe trail is the best. It is approx a 20min cycle to the top on fireroad then a fast 6mins to the bottom. Plenty of jumps, drops, roots etc. Think Dagham (Dave) might be going up this weekend, if not we will definitely be up there the following weekend.
