To whom it may concern

I am contacting you regarding the 2010 Sean Kelly Cycle Series taking place on 28th Aug 2010 in Dungarvan County Waterford.
Firstly was wondering if your cycling club were planning to participate in this event or indeed if you are planning any group weekends away or outings over the course of the next few months.

I am contacting you from the 4* Clonmel Park Hotel in County Tipperary – a mere 20 mins from Dungarvan and located in the valley of Slievenamon surrounded the Comeragh, Galtee and Knockmealdown Mountains all excellent cycling terrain. (we can provide cycle routes and maps also)

Our hotel has welcomed several cycling events and groups over the past number of years including acting as the South Tipperary Base for the FBD Ras and last year as base for the World Military Cycling Championship.

As well as an excellent standard of bedrooms which can cater for 1-4 persons and top class facilities including state of the art leisure centre and gym our hotel can offer cycling storage facilities and bike washing facilities on request at no extra charge. We also have ample free secure parking for your groups buses and vans

We can also supply packed lunches and snacks should they be required.

For the weekend of the Sean Kelly Cycle Series in Aug we are delighted to offer participants or clubs simply travelling to view the event a special rate of
1 Night Bed and Breakfast for €49.50 per person sharing
Or
2 Nights B&B and 1 evening meal for €99 per person sharing

Breakfast includes full Irish Buffet Breakfast including hot breakfast food (Sausage, bacon, scrambled, boiled or fried eggs, sautéed potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash brown), yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, freshly baked breads and pasties

Evening Meal is a 4 Course Meal of starter, main course, dessert, tea and coffee
