Hi There.

Its Niall Davis here from Biking.ie. Just dropping you guys an email about mountain bike lessons. We're running courses all around the country now so drop us a line if you'd like us to come down to Loaise, i know it's a pain in the arse when all the courses are held up in Dublin/Wicklow all the time.

We cater for all levels of riders, from beginners to advanced in one day, covering the likes of bike setup, skills (7 key skills), fitness, racing tips etc.
