Anyone know the proper way to set up a full suspension bike. Would appreciate some advice. Cheers

If a picture is worth 1,000 words then a video must be worth 1,000,000

There is a couple of good setup videos on Youtube. Just search for MTB suspension setup. These will explain it better than I ever could.

Get your sag set correctly and you will be most of the way there. Nearly everything after that is fine tuning and can be done out on the trail.
